LTS 10 June 1991. Reference under the Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963 for determination of three claims for compensation made by three separate but associated parties. Unconditional offers were made and agreements were reached, but it was impossible to cancel the hearing due to the lack of time. There remained a dispute as to the expenses involved in respect of the hearing. The Tribunal awarded expenses to the claimants for costs necessarily and unavoidably incurred in connection with the hearing.
