"Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society v Norgan" CA 5 December 1995. Concerned an appeal against a limited period of four years to repay mortgage arrears. "Held" that the full term of the mortgage should be taken as the starting point for repayment and that consideration should be given as to whether it was possible for mortgagor to pay off arrears within that period. Appeal allowed.
