CC 5 March 1992. An action for damages by tenants, who returned keys and vacated the premises following the landlord`s failure to repair the property, raised the question of the legality of a repudiatory breach of a contract of letting. It was held that a tenancy can come to an end by repudiation and damages were apportioned.
