"Billson & others v Residential Apartments Ltd, HL 12 December 1991. The House of Lords, in allowing R`s appeal, decided that where a landlord had peaceably re-entered without a court order, thus forfeiting the lease, the tenant could claim relief from forfeiture under the Law of Property Act 1925 s146(2).
