"Environment Action Guide" (HMSO £5.50) is aimed at helping government departments to measure environmental performance in building and purchasing management. Could also be useful for companies in the public and private sector in developing environmental strategies. Plans to follow the guide with a series of guidance note s on key environmental issues including lighting and premises management .
