QBD 2 October 1991. In refusing outline planning permission for a B1 development on the grounds that the scheme would undermine residential housing policies in the Surrey Structure Plan and the Woking BC plan, the Inspector had failed to take into consideration the fact that planning permission for a hotel development on the same site had previously been granted. Appellant`s appeal allowed.
