"Davis v Elf Oil UK Properties Ltd" QBD 6 December 1995. D leased a petrol station from E and covenanted to buy fuel exclusively from them. D began to purchase fuel from a third party and E decided to forfeit and served a section 146 notice. D obtained an injunction to prevent E from disturbing his quiet enjoyment of the premises. Following renewal of the injunction, E appealed. Judgment for E.
