Discusses the case "Wallington v SoS for Wales et al", (Abs45337) in which the CA was asked to consider the legality of keeping 44 dogs in a domestic dwelling house. The question was raised as to whether development control penetrated more deeply into the rights of individual ownership than other controls and this could legitimate more extensive restrictions on activities pursued on his property by the landowner.
