A Hampshire village has wons its a fight against the county`s decision to designate four local tracks as byways open to all traffic under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. A DoE inspector has downgraded the routes to bridleways and paths for walkers. Hampshire CC is seeking guidance from the DoE.
