CA 3 July 1992. Appeal against the CC decision dismissing the appellant mobile site owners` application that written statements not provided within three months of an agreement do not bring into effect s2 of the Mobile Homes Act 1983. Held that under s2(1) of the Act, terms are implied into every agreement whether or not there is a written statement. Therefore the written statements given by the applicants brought into effect s2. Appeal allowed.
