Review of recent developments in housing law looking in particular at "R v Tower Hamlets LBC ex parte Khalique" (WB3040-39) which considered the decision making process within local authorities, "R v Brent LBC ex parte Awua" (WB3016-38) and "R v Brent LBC ex parte MacWan" (WB2920-24) which offered guidance as to accommodation which may be capable of being settled, "R v Northavon DC ex parte Palmer" (WB3008-54) which considered the inter-relationship between public and private law duties, "R v Highbury Corner Magistrates Court ex parte Edwards" which considered statutory nuisance and "Habinteg Housing Association v James" (WB3042-48) which dealt with priavte nuisance.
