Queens Moat Houses, Britain`s third largest hotel combine, suffered a pre-tax loss of £101.5m for 1992 partly due to a dramatic reduction of £803.9m in the value of their property portfolio following a revaluation by Jones Lang Wootton of the companies 189 hotels.
