LT 22 July 1992. L compulsorily purchased the W`s freehold interests in eight terraced houses in Liverpool, tenanted and located in various housing action areas. Properties A and B were valued by W at £8,000, C at £7,000, D at £5,000, E at £6,000, F G and H at £6,000 each. L valued them at £5,500 for A and B, £4,000 for C, £2,915.25 for D, £3,694 for E, £3,500 each for F G and H. It was "held" that compensation payable by L to C must be £7,000 for A and B, £4,250 for D, £4,750 for E and £15,000 for F G and H together.
