"Tinsley v Milligan" HL 24 June 1993. It was held that the illegality of the parties conveying the property into one of their names only so as to make claims from the DSS was not relevant to the respondent`s claim to her share of the property. It could be shown without reference to this illegality that the property had been held in trust for the respondent.
