In R v Rushmore Borough Council Ex parte Barrett , CA 18 February 1988, it was held that a consent order made in ancillary matrimonial proceedings for the sale of the former matrimonial home, a council house jointly purchased by the parties, was not an order made under Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 s24 .
