"Salomon v Akiens" CA 30 October 1992. It was held that the landlord was entitled to withdraw from subject to contract negotiations and seek possession after the tenant had failed to pay outstanding rent as requested in the negotiations for a new tenancy and when the old tenancy had exprired.
