Estate agency order - 1992 - RICS Press Release (PR165/92) 18 November 1992 (2) .

The Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No 2) (Amendment) Order 1992 comes into force 4 April 1993. It enables the Director General of Fair Trading to issue a warning or banning order on estate agents, who do not comply with Property Misdescriptions Act 1991. It is welcomed by the RICS.
