Grazing agreement is agricultural tenancy

Grazing agreement is agricultural tenancy - 1992 - Times 19 November 1992, 42(1) .

"Brown v Tiernan" ChD 10 November 1992. It was held that a grazing agreement whereby the tenant replaced grazing cattle in the paddock with the family`s pet horses for two months of the year in order to minimise damage to flowering bulbs, was in fact an agricultural tenancy and Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 s2(3)(a) did not jeopardise this status.
