Griffiths and another v Provincial and City Property Co and another , ChD 22 November 1990, concerns the power of an insolvency administrator to exercise and disclaim different contractual terms as between a joint venture company and the participants in it. The Court held that they did have such powers in this situation on the basis that the true relationship between the joint venture was one of quasi-partnership .
