"Hammond v Allen and others" QBD 10 July 1992. It was held that the plaintiff tenant was entitled to claim damages for repairs he had made to the property since the landlords had been issued with a repairing notice in accordance with Agricultural (Maintenance, Repair and Insurance of Fixed Equipment) Regulations 1973, to which a counternotice was served out of time.
