London & Leeds Estates Ltd v Paribas Ltd

London & Leeds Estates Ltd v Paribas Ltd - 1993 - Estates Gazette (1993) 04 EG 119-124 (4) .

ChD 23 July 1992. This case concerned the meaning of `fit for immediate occupation and use`. At the rent review the tenant, who had paid for the fitting out of offices, maintained this should be taken into account at the rent review whereas the landlord took the phrase at issue to be without any assumption as to whose expense the fitting out had been.
