Huntingdon v Hobbs CA 10 March 1992. A declaration, in the transfer of a property to joint owners, that the survivor could give a valid receipt for capital money arising on disposition of the land, was held not to constitute a declaration of trust. The beneficial interests in the property were determined in proportion to the contributions from each party for the purchase of the property.
