A computer-assisted analysis and forecast of prices based on the Ministry of Agriculture`s "Current agricultural land price series". Though performance in 1992 was worse than predicted, values having fallen by 15%, the market is expected to stabilise in 1993. In real terms, however, the decline is not likely to be reversed until 1995.
