In its evidence to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission `s inquiry on structural warranty services in relation to new homes , the RICS has advocated that a single register of housebuilders ; to be prepared and operated jointly by the NHBC and Municipal Mutual Insurance , would be in the public interest.
