Discusses a recent decision of the Official Referee`s Court "Meadows and Morley v Homor Properties" which concerned disruption and inconvenience caused to tenants while repairs were being completed. The judge held that although the landlord was entitled to carry out the works he had to do so with due consideration for the tenants quiet enjoyment of the space.
