A new extra-statutory concession allows relief for interest on a property used for both residential and business purposes. Extra-statutory concession A27 (ESC A27) Mortgage Interest Relief: Temporary absence from mortgaged property has been revised to take into account changes introduced by the Finance Act 1995.
