"Hambleton DC v SoS Environment and others" QBD 2 December 1994. H lost its appeal to prevent occupancy conditions on an agricultural cottage being removed, as within the scope of PPG7 para E18, such conditions limiting residence to someone employed in agriculture or forestry, or their dependants, would not now be required if planning permission was sought.
