"Greenwich LBC v SoS for the Environment and another" "Yates and others v SoS for the Environment" QBD 19 February 1993 upheld the two decisions certifying that under Acquisition of Land Act 1981 s19, they were satisfied that there would be given in exchange for open space land including Oxleas Wood other land not less in area and equally advantageous. Application refused.
