In "Emile Elias & Co Ltd v Pine Groves Ltd", Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, upheld the Court decisions in Trinidad and Tobago rejecting the appellants` claim that restrictive covenants were mutually enforceable among the owners of the plots by reasons of a building scheme made in 1938.
