CA 19 November 1992. The plaintiffs (L) claimed costs and fees from the defendants (C) who had engaged them as project managers on a construction project. C counterclaimed that they had already paid L more than agreed in the cost plan. C ordered to give security for L`s costs in defending the counterclaim. C sought leave to appeal but this was not granted.
