In R v Dairy Produce Quotas Tribunal ex parte S Dimelow Farms , QBD 27 October 1988, it was held that the Dairy Produce Quotas Tribunal has power during the hearing of an application by a dairy farmer for secondary wholesale quota under Schedule 2 of the 1984 regulations (SI 1984:1047) to permit a proper amendment to his claim.
