ChD 2 July 1992. Concerned a breach of covenant when the plaintiff (H) entered into an agreement with the second defendant (K) to sublet part of K`s premises with the knowledge of V. H went into liquidation. V and the liquidator subsequently entered the premises, V had not served any notice on H under Law of Property Act 1925 s146. H claimed for damages for trespass and for breach of covenant for quiet enjoyment. Judgment for plaintiff.
