"Wilson v Le Fevre Wood & Royle" CA 1 September 1995 Bungalow suffered damp after repair in 1981 but plaintiff did not initiate court proceedings until 1987, and despite being advised by a surveyor in 1983 that property needed time to dry out, judges agreed that under Limitation Act 1980 action against the defendant could not continue.
