Examines the use of full repairing covenants, considering some of the problems, as highlighted in the decision in "Credit Suisse v Beegas Nominees Ltd" (ABS50488), where a repairing covenant to keep the building in good condition was found to be broad enough to require repairs which might put the premises in a better state of repair than when it was let.
