In "Speyroc Construction Ltd v SoS Environment and another" QBD 15 March 1993 S had already extended industrial premises and wished to extend them further. Application for a second extension was refused. S questioned whether this was reasonably refused and whether there was inconsistency of planning control. Application refused on the grounds that although the planning applications were similar the inspector was justified in reaching his opinion.
