"R v Wycombe DC, ex parte Hazeltine" CA 3 March 1993 held that W had not discharged its duty under Housing Act 1985 s65(2) and 69(i)(b) by offering accommodation while awaiting information, which might be relevant to the suitability of the offer. The homeless person should not have to decide before knowing whether on refusal a further offer would be made.
