In Greenwich LBC V Discreet Selling Estates Ltd CA 20 June 1990, upheld the High Court decision (See WB2503-23). The appellant tenants were not entitled to relief from forfeiture after premises had been repossessed for failure to carry out repairs . Appeal dismissed.
