"Summers and another v Congreve Horner & Co" (Independent Insurance Co Ltd, third party CA 8 July 1992. The surveyors won the appeal against a decision, which had backed the insurers` refusal to pay out on a negligence claim for a survey, where the trainee was insufficiently supervised. CA held that supervision meant to `keep an eye on` not continuous observation.
