"R v Bexley LBC, ex parte Barnehurst Golf Club Ltd" QBD 20 March 1992. On refusing the tenants application to buy the freehold of the golf club, the landlord, negotiating a new tenancy, stated that there was no possibility of the reversion of the golf course to a public course. Having been refused a new tenancy, the tenant sought a judicial review of the landlord`s resolution. Resolution upheld.
