"Guildford BC v Valler and others" QBD 20 April 1993. The application for the committal of gypsies, who were still living in caravans, which were in breach of planning control, was refused. So far the defendants were held not to have wilfully disobeyed the injunction and the council had been found wanting in its statutory duty on the allocation of gypsy sites as well as being unable to suggest alternative sites to the defendants.
