No interest for tenants - 1987 - Times 4/6/87 p34 .

In Brinnand v Ewens CA 3 June 1987 it was held that even though tenants had carried out repairs and improvements to a property, thus enhancing its value, they had no interest in the property under the doctrine of proprietory estoppel .
