"Bristol & West Building Society v Mothew (t/a Stapely & Co)" CA 24 July 1996. A solicitor who neglected to tell a client something which would have made them act differently was not guilty of breach of trust nor breach of fiduciary duty, although he admitted breach of contract and negligence.
