"Bolton MBC and others v SoS Environment and others and conjoined appeals" HL 24 May 1995. Concerned planning permission for a shopping complex, the Trafford Centre, the development of which was opposed by nearby local authorities. Held that the SoS was not required to refer specifically to every material consideration in the decision, although each must be taken into account. It was not found that changes in facts or government policy had been disregarded.
