"Paper Properties Ltd v Power Corporation plc and another" ChD 19 May 1993. The sale of freehold to the plaintiff came with a proviso that further payment would become due if a lease was obtained within a specified time. Dispute over entitlement to the agreed rental premium was resolved in the defendant`s favour.
