As the private finance initiative appears to be faultering in its aims, a survey by the DoE`s construction sponsorship unit has found that there is little awareness or interest of the PFI within the property and construction industry. This comes as the RICS publishes a guide on the PFI `The Private Finance Initiative: The Essential Guide`.
