"R v Chesterfield BC, ex parte Fullwood" CA 9 June 1993. The tenant, who received housing benefit under Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 (SI 1987:1971), sought a judicial review when a deduction was claimed because of two adult sons living in the home as non-dependents. CA upheld the previous decision, rejecting an argument that the dwelling was jointly occupied by the appellant and his sons.
