In ADC Estates Ltd v Camden LBC LT 11 September 1989 the tribunal held on three preliminary issues relating to compensation for refusal of planning permission : 1) the claim for compensation was made on 22 January 1985; 2) the premises should be regarded as a single building and 3) it was unnecessary to answer the third preliminary issue.
