"Re Fox Barn, part of Hawridge and Cholesbusy Commons" ChD, 6 October 1994. The owner of Fox Barn, now converted to a dwelling, sought rectification of the Register of Common Land. He claimed that land used for car parking was part of his garden under the Common Land (Rectification of Registers) Act 1990, and was granted a determination to that effect on appeal.
