"Blythswood Investments (Scotland) Ltd v Clydesdale Electrical Stores Ltd" CS 10 August 1994, held that where a landlord was by statute entitled to terminate a lease only if in all the circumstances a fair and reasonable landlord would have done so, and he founded, inter alia, upon the fact that he stood to gain from the termination, that was not necessarily irrevelant to his case.
