Appeal based on question of law
- 1987
- Independent 27/5/87 p27 .
In Wholesale (Wolverhampton) Ltd and Another v Secretary of State for the Environment QBD 13 May 1987 it was held that a contention that a tribunal failed to give adequate weight to facts did not raise a question of law and was therefore not a valid ground of appeal where an appeal lay only on a point of law.
